Levito was born in Philadelphia in 2007 and grew up in New Jersey. She began skating at age three after her mother enrolled her in the sport following the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. Her mother, Chiara Garberi-Levito, was born in Milan, Italy, and Levito has family roots there.

Career achievements
