Palin first appeared on Dancing with the Stars in 2010 and returned for the all-star season in 2012. She later starred in her own reality series, Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp, and appeared on Teen Mom OG. She also released a memoir in 2011.

Palin has three children: a son born in 2008 and two daughters born in 2015 and 2017. She was married to Dakota Meyer from 2016 to 2018. By 2020, she was working as a real estate agent in Texas.
