Bol Bol was born in Khartoum, Sudan, on November 16, 1999, to Manute Bol, one of the tallest players in NBA history. He later moved to the United States, where he developed as a high-profile prospect in high school and college basketball, playing one season for the Oregon Ducks before entering the 2019 NBA draft.

Professional career

Selected 44th overall by the Miami Heat in the 2019 NBA draft, Bol's rights were traded to the Denver Nuggets, where he began his NBA career. He later played for the Orlando Magic and Phoenix Suns, and in 2026 joined TNT Tropang 5G in the Philippine Basketball Association.
